Upon request, I offer a free phone consult (<15 mins) prior to arranging your initial appointment.
The list below indicates all the insurances with which I am a preferred provider. I can also bill out of network, and will always accept private payments--contact me for a list of fees. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots upon request. Please contact me for information on current availability and eligibility requirements. Priority for these spots given to individuals from historically marginalized groups.
